1. Scope
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the Bräutigam & Zaugg online shop (hereinafter referred to as "braeutigamzaugg.com") (hereinafter referred to as "order").

4. Order

5. Conclusion of contract
A contract is only concluded when the order from braeutigamzaugg.com is processed. As soon as the order has been made available for dispatch, customers will receive an order confirmation by email.

The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they have not received them directly.
Delivery costs
The delivery costs depend on the place of residence of the customer. The delivery costs communicated in the online shop apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
7. Warranty
braeutigamzaugg.com guarantees the quality and durability of the products under the following conditions:
If the customer's compliance with the due diligence is proven, braeutigamzaugg.com assumes the guarantee that the ordered products are free of defects up to 2 years after delivery.
There is no guarantee for damage caused by improper handling or defects that can be attributed to external influences. This could be, for example, elementary damage, moisture damage, fall and impact damage or damage due to modifications.
In addition, the Swiss statutory warranty provisions in accordance with Art. 197 ff. OR apply.
A warranty claim can only be made by the customer upon presentation of the purchase contract including a valid order form.
braeutigamzaugg.com can provide the guarantee either by partial or complete replacement with an equivalent product, credit up to a maximum of the sales price at the time of the order, or reduction.
A general right of return of defect-free and correctly delivered products does not exist.
8. Liability and disclaimer

9. Notice of defects

The customer is obliged to receive a delivery confirmation from the delivery man. All transport damage must also be reported immediately to braeutigamzaugg.com.
Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to check the ordered products immediately upon receipt. For any defects or deviations from the order, braeutigamzaugg.com must either call +41 79 750 52 78 or email braeutigamzaugg @ gmail.com on the day of delivery will be notified. After that, only hidden defects can be claimed, which must be reported immediately after discovery at braeutigamzaugg.com. The amount paid by the customer for the defective goods will be credited to the customer. braeutigamzaugg.com reserves the right to request proof of the defect.

Payment by sending cash or checks is unfortunately not possible.
Refunds, credits
If customers are entitled to refunds or other credits, they will be refunded.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Substantive Swiss law is applicable to the legal relationship between braeutigamzaugg.com and the clientele, to the exclusion of conflict of law norms and the Vienna Sales Convention.
The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Bern. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal entities is Bern.

Place of performance and jurisdiction is Bern. Should a provision of these terms and conditions the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Swiss law applies to questions that are not regulated in these general terms and conditions.
