In principle, we send with Swiss Post within 3 working days of receipt of order.

The delivery costs depend on the place of residence of the customer. The delivery costs communicated in the online shop apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Warranty
braeutigamzaugg.com guarantees the quality and durability of the products under the following conditions:
If the customer's compliance with the due diligence is proven, braeutigamzaugg.com assumes the guarantee that the ordered products are free of defects up to 2 years after delivery.
There is no guarantee for damage caused by improper handling or defects that can be attributed to external influences. This could be, for example, elementary damage, moisture damage, fall and impact damage or damage due to modifications.
In addition, the Swiss statutory warranty provisions in accordance with Art. 197 ff. OR apply.
A warranty claim can only be made by the customer upon presentation of the purchase contract including a valid order form.
braeutigamzaugg.com can provide the guarantee either by partial or complete replacement with an equivalent product, credit up to a maximum of the sales price at the time of the order, or reduction.
A general right of return of defect-free and correctly delivered products does not exist.

Notice of defects
If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the content, the customer must, without prejudice to their rights to defects, immediately complain to the delivery man and refuse acceptance. The customer is obliged to receive a delivery confirmation from the delivery man. All transport damage must also be reported immediately to braeutigamzaugg.com.
Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to check the ordered products immediately upon receipt. For any defects or deviations from the order, braeutigamzaugg.com must either call +41 79 750 52 78 or email braeutigamzaugg @ gmail.com on the day of delivery will be notified. After that, only hidden defects can be claimed, which must be reported immediately after discovery at braeutigamzaugg.com. The amount paid by the customer for the defective goods will be credited to the customer. braeutigamzaugg.com reserves the right to request proof of the defect.
Repairs
If, for some reason, a piece purchased from us needs repair or a stone replaced, We will do our best to work with you to bring your piece back to life. Some repairs we cannot accommodate, such as resizing rings.
